Do you ship outside the United States?
Not at this time — we currently ship exclusively within the United States (all 50 states).
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on all U.S. orders.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, then take 5–8 business days in transit. Total delivery time is typically 6–11 business days.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. You can also check your status anytime on our Track Your Order page. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.
What is your return policy?
You can return unused items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery. For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return shipping. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we cover the cost — just contact us within 7 days of delivery.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.
How do I know what size curtains to order?
Each product page lists panel width, length, and pair vs. single-panel details. If you're unsure what size fits your window, email us at support@likedish.com and our team will help you choose.
